    Preparation method

    1. Halve the corn cobs and prepare them in the microwave. Or boil the corn for about 10 minutes until soft and cooked. Insert a cocktail stick into each end of the cobs.
    2. Halve cayenne pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely slice the flesh. Finely chop the coriander. Squeeze the limes.
    3. Mix the juice with the honey and olive oil. Combine the cayenne pepper, coriander and sesame seeds with the olive oil. Pour the oil over the warm corn cobs.

    1. Tip: add a knob of butter to the water used to cook the corn cobs, for an extra succulent taste.
    2. Tip: grill the corn cobs on the BBQ! Even nicer with this spicy dressing.
