    Preparation method

    1. Cut the figs crosswise from the top, halfway down the fruit. Gently push the fig open. Divide the gorgonzola into pieces. Place a piece of cheese in each fig.

    2. Roughly chop the walnuts and divide over the gorgonzola. Drizzle with the honey and garnish with fresh herbs or cresses.

    Tip!
    For a tasty warm version, place in a 180 °C oven for 8 minutes until the cheese is soft and melting.
