Preparation method

  1. Thinly slices the radishes. Arrange on a serving plate. Tear the burrata into chunks and divide over the radishes together with the ham. Halve the kiwi berries and divide over the salad. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the shiso purple cress.

 

  1. Tip: Sprinkle the salad with a good quality, mature balsamic vinegar.
