Preparation method

  1. Halve the kiwano and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  2. Slice the watermelon into wedges and remove the peel. Slice the flesh into chunks.
  3. Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Place them in the blender or in the tall bowl of the hand blender. Add the kiwano and watermelon and mix well. Pour the smoothie through a sieve into 4 glasses.
