Preparation method

  1. Thinly slice the buffalo mozzarella and plum tomatoes. Arrange the slices of mozzarella and tomato in alternating layers on plates or a large platter. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the basil leaves from the stalks and arrange over the salad.
