Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Divide the sugar snaps over a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until cooked.
  3. Mix the rest of the olive oil, soy sauce, ketjap and sesame seeds to create the dip.
