    Preparation method

    1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
    2. Halve the padron peppers and remove the seeds. Place the peppers on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    3. Stir the goat's cheese to soften it. Finely chop the chives. Mix the honey and chives through the soft goat's cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Stuff the padron peppers with the goat's cheese. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes. Garnish with some extra chives and serve immediately.
