Preparation method

  1. Make the salsa by putting the flesh of the tomatoes and peppers in the cup of the hand blender. Add the shallot. Halve the cayenne pepper lengthwise, remove the membrane and add. Blend all ingredients with the hand blender together with 1 tbsp of olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and the tomato ketchup.
