Preparation method
- Slice the cherry tomatoes into wedges. Slice the onion into half rings and finely chop the basil.
- Squeeze the lime. Mix the juice with the ricotta, cherry tomatoes, onion and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Halve the ciabatta rolls. Spread one half with the ricotta mixture and garnish with the blackberries. Top with the other half of the roll.
