Preparation method

  1. Slice the cherry tomatoes into wedges. Slice the onion into half rings and finely chop the basil.
  2. Squeeze the lime. Mix the juice with the ricotta, cherry tomatoes, onion and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Halve the ciabatta rolls. Spread one half with the ricotta mixture and garnish with the blackberries. Top with the other half of the roll.
