Preparation method

  1. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes.
  2. Put the mango and honey into the beaker of a blender. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Sieve 1-2 tsp matcha into a bowl and add 100 ml of warm water. Beat with a matcha whisk or whisk until frothy.
  4. Divide the mango mousse over the glasses. Add 3 ice cubes per glass. Pour the coconut milk over the mango mousse to create layers. 
  5. Finally, slowly pour the matcha on top. 

Tip: Garnish with a slice of mango if wished.
