Preparation method

  1. Roughly chop the ginger and slice the lime into 6 wedges.
  2. Fill a jug with 1.5 litres of water and add the ginger, lime and mint. Place in the fridge overnight to let the flavours develop,

Tip: Are you in a hurry or thirsty? You can drink the water straight away, but the fruit flavour is less intense.
