Parma ham rolls with strawberry

Preparation method

  1. Slice the parma ham lengthwise into 3 thin strips. Slice the goat cheese into 12 equal cubes. Wrap each piece with a slice of parma ham. Decorate each roll with a basil leaf and use the cocktail stick to attach a strawberry.

 

  1. Tip add a drop of crema di balsamico to the goat cheese for a sweet sour touch.
