Preparation method

  1. Peel the kiwis and place in the blender with the mint. Squeeze the limes. Pour the juice into the blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a carafe and top up with 1 litre of water.
  2. Serve with ice cubes or leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
