Kiwi carpaccio

Carpaccio does not necessarily need to be made with meat. Carpaccio means very thinly sliced, so it can apply to a whole range of ingredients. Including- in this case - kiwi. Serve on an attractive plate with tasty trimmings!

Preparation method

  1. Peel and thinly slice the kiwis. Arrange the kiwi slices on a plate.
  2. Cut off the top of the pomegranate. Cut through the skin over the segments. Break the fruit open, remove the seeds and divide over the kiwi.
  3. Roughly chop the pecan nuts. Scatter the pecan nuts on top. Drizzle with the honey or molasses. Serve immediately.
